As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, I offer a reflective and thoughtful space in which we can begin to explore the less conscious aspects of your emotional life. Whether you are struggling with a sense of disconnection, low self-worth, anxiety, or long-standing patterns that feel difficult to shift, I work with care and curiosity to help bring meaning to your experience. My approach is rooted in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself can be a powerful vehicle for growth and healing. With sensitivity and attentiveness, I support you in making sense of what might be getting in the way of a more fulfilling life emotionally, personally, or relationally.
Alongside my individual work, I am also a psychosexual and relationship therapist, having trained at Tavistock Relationships and worked in the NHS’s psychosexual service. I support individuals and couples navigating difficulties with intimacy, desire, sexual functioning, and communication. These issues can feel especially complex and sensitive to talk about, and I provide a confidential, non-judgemental space where we can work collaboratively to understand what might be happening beneath the surface. Whether the difficulties are recent or longstanding, rooted in physical, relational, or emotional factors, I bring clinical expertise and compassion to help foster greater understanding and connection.
